Shipping policy

We deliver across India.

We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of all products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.

GENERAL SHIPPING TIMELINES

• If the product is available in stock, we generally pack the product ordered within 2 business days. If product stock is not ready, then we make it for you and then it may take 2-3 week time.
• Our logistics partners are notified once the product is ready for dispatch. They pick up the product from us and dispatch it to customer location.
• The general timelines for delivery post pickup is 3-5 days.
• We operate on all business days (except Sundays and National Holidays).
• For any product related issues during delivery, you can contact us on support@myeden.co.in with video and photos of the issue and we shall revert to you within 48 hrs
